  Each game table comes with detailed instructions for assembly. If you have any trouble, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We also provide in-home installation service for pool tables and shuffleboard tables.

• Q: Do you carry game tables that I can place outside?

  Yes, we carry outdoor game tables. They have moisture and sun protection on their finishes. You will find the same quality construction as other tables, but these tables are designed and engineered specifically for outdoor play.

• Q: Do you finance?

  No, we currently do not offer any financing, but you are welcome to place the order online with any USA issued credit card

• Q: How do I care for my game table?

  Proper care for your game table will vary depending on the type of game table you have. Please refer to the care instructions that came with your game table or contact our customer service team for more information.

• Q: What is the warranty on your game tables?

  Most of our game tables come with a one-year limited Manufacturer warranty. The length of the warranty if any is listed on the product page.

• Q: Do you carry game tables for commercial environments?

  Yes. Most of our products are made in the USA, and all guarantee fantastic made in USA quality, with amazing construction and materials that will last for years to come. All commercial game tables are inspected and tested before being shipped, ensuring their durability and reliability. Commercial game tables do come with commercial warranty.

• Q: Does free shipping includes installation?

  No, installation is not included in free shipping. Please choose an installation option from the product page drop down menu under delivery option if you would like our professional game table installation technicians to install it.

• Q: What is in-home installation service?

  We send local installer in your area to install your newly delivered pool table or shuffleboard table. The professional installer will uncrate and move your new customized game table into the room of choice and will set up the table, level it, and remove all packaging debris post installation. • Q: Do you mail game table felt samples?

  Yes we do, please let us know which color you are interested in and we can mail you a felt sample. We do require a deposit of $25.00 for the felt samples which can be credited towards your order once you place the order. Please contact us.

• Q: Do you mail game table wood finish samples?

  Yes we do, please let us know which wood finish color you are interested in and we can mail you a wood finish sample. We do require a deposit of $75.00 for the wood finish samples which can be credited towards your order once you place the order. Please contact us.

• Q: Do you provide free returns?

  Due to the nature of oversized game table shipments, shipping is extremely costly compared to small parcel ground shipments. All of our game tables ship via LTL Freight and are delivered to the curbside of your home on a wooden pallet. We do guarantee that it arrives in perfect condition and free of any manufacturing defects. If it arrives with shipping freight damage, as long as you notate that on the proof of delivery at the time of delivery – we can provide you with free replacements as necessary. If you simply do not like the item, you will be responsible for a restocking fee and round trip freight shipping costs which are outlined in our return policy.

• Q: Do you ship internationally?

  Yes, but we only provide free shipping to the lower 48 United States of America, we do not provide free shipping internationally. We can ship your order to the freight forwarder of your choice in the states who would then be responsible for coordinating the international shipment to you. You would be responsible for duties, taxes, and export fees. We can also ship internationally for you with freight prepaid by you. Please contact us with the destination address and we will advise the additional international freight shipping charge.
